2024 Dividend Payment

At the 60th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of dfcu Limited (“the Company”) held on Thursday, 10th July 2025, for the year ended 31st December 2024, the Shareholders approved the payment of a dividend of UGX 20.09 per share, less withholding tax. The dividend will be paid on or before 30th August 2025 to Shareholders whose names appear on the Register as at the close of business on 8th August 2025.
